Delivery service

Henan Henggang Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (Henggang) arranges shipments to customers in mainland China and overseas.

Domestic shipping

Carrier selection depends on the product and destination. Freight charges reflect shipment weight, dimensions and delivery location. The domestic delivery estimate is generally 3 to 7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

International shipping

International carriers and freight charges likewise depend on the shipment and destination. Delivery schedules vary by route and carrier. Customs procedures and other circumstances outside Henggang’s control may affect arrival times.

Duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes and associated charges. These amounts are separate from shipping arrangements.
